- Booking : Fill out our onboarding form https://unidenvoice.com/onboarding, and we'll get back to you for a booking confirmation.
- Meeting : 30-45 minutes, Monday-Friday (10am-4pm).
Please take the time to read the below page prior to your onboarding meeting. Your courtesy meeting runs for 30-45mins and our Support team will run through the following topics below.
- Accessing Your Portal : Please ensure you Sign in to your Uniden Voice Over Cloud portal using the link provided to you prior to your meeting.
- Setting Up Your Phone Number : You'll be auto-generated with a phone number, which you can use immediately. or Alternatily your can choose your own number once you have logged into your portal.
- Porting Number: If you'd like to port over an existing number, this can simply be done by submitting a request via our portal under the numbers page.
- Your Call Flow : Your account comes pre-configured with a default call flow but is always best to take some time to decide how you'd like your calls to be routed and customised for you business needs.
- Setting up Users : Configure users for each staff member, Each user is allowed to have 3 devices (1x Uniden handset,1x Mobile App, and 1x Softphone for PC).
- Time Conditions : Setting a time conditions to mirror your hours of operation will help mange your calls and afterhour calls to be direct to voicemail.
