Log out of the VOCPhone Mobile App.

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

Locate and tap on VOCPhone.

Select Offload App.

Tap Offload App again to confirm.

Reinstall the app.

Close the Settings page.

Locate the app on the iPhone’s home screen.

Log back in and allow all requested permissions.
