Strategy will determine how the calls that come in are handled by the queue setup.
This is a short code that allows users to dial, transfer calls to the queue and login/logout via handset.
If you have the MyPBX Extension enabled you have the ability to login and logout of a queue by dialling a feature code
To login dial *"MyPBX Extension" if your queue is set to 500 then it would be *500
The user will be played an audio prompt to indicate they have been logged into the queue
To Logout dial **"MyPBX Extension" if your queue is set to 500 then it would be **500

This is how long to sit in the queue for when a call is sent there. At the end of the duration the call is deemed to be missed by the queue and ends.
