¶ Prerequisite/Requirement
- Integrated SuiteCRM in VOCPhone Marketplace.
- An active suitecrm 7 portal
- Installation of SuiteCRM 7 Package app
- Supports SuiteCRM 7 Only
- VOCPhone API username and password which can be found in your voc portal Developer Options
¶ Setup
¶ Subscribing to SuiteCRM Integration
Navigate to Marketplace in Voc portal, search for xero accounting and click integrate.
After clicking Integrate and Proceed button. You will be prompt to enter the following credentials.
Getting your VOCPhone API Credentials
In the voc portal, navigate into My Account > Developer Options.
If you are not sure with your API password you can check it by by re-typing your password. If you completely forgot it, you can reset it in the same page.
¶ Installing the VOCPhone-SuiteCRM 7 App Package
After filling up all the required credentials. Click the Install button and wait until it shows that the installation is complete.
Important: Do not close the window or browser until the installation is complete! The installation might take 10-20 minutes depending on the internet connection and other things that affects the connection or the speed of their servers to load pages and perform technical processes/operations.
