¶ How to access your voicemail
- To access your voice mailbox press Envelope icon or Menu > MessageVoice Message, number of messages will be indicated if provided by your server or PBX
- or dail 101 ( or *97 ) to access voicemail from mobile app or pc app. Another way to access voicemail is via Extension & Users page, find the desired extension and click on voicemail column
Option to play via the portal or download the voice mail.
¶ Accessing other voicemail accounts
You have the ability to access other voicemail boxes on your account by dialing *98 and then entering the 6 digit user number ( not the mypbx number ) of the mailbox
¶ How to manage your voicemail
By Accessing the voicemail directly from your device you can press 0 for mailbox options and then follow the prompts to record your messages. Note, we only use the unavailable message when a call is received.
