¶ How to place Windows PC App on DND mode
- Open Application, at the bottom of the screen click on DND
- Once clicked, your Extension status for that DEVICE only will be placed on DND.
If you have registered other devices such as Desk Phone and Mobile App these will still be available to take calls unless you also place them on DND
