- Press “Add Call Group” button
- Name your call group.
- Tick the box if you wish to create an internal extension number for your call group, this can also be added to your BLF Phone Keys.
- Add the extensions you wish to be part of the call group
- Click “Save”
Please be advised that the call time-out for a call group is set to a default time of 60 seconds.
Example would be

Sales Group - Jim, Sara, and Bobby are all in sales so we can add all their phones into a sales group so all their phones will ring when calling the Sales group Extension number.

Support Group - Sally, Frank, and Matthew are all in support so we can add all their phones into a support group so all their phones will ring when calling the Support group Extension number.
