Please note that for our team to thoroughly investigate and address any issues related to network speed, a wired Ethernet connection (using a cable, supporting at least 1 Gigabit per second) must be established directly from your device to the router. This will ensure an accurate assessment of the issue and facilitate effective troubleshooting. Wifi results can be inconsistent and outside the scope of VOCPhone network performance.
- Go to speedtest.net
- Change the server to Sydney - GSL Networks Images 1 & 2 Below
- On the initial speedtest screen, you will note your IP Address and the ISP Vocphone, in the example above it shows 103.135.87.29, if your speedtest does not show Vocphone, then you are not connected to your Vocphone internet connection, and your speedtest will not be accepted/troubleshooted
- Run the speed test and send us the result to support@vocphone.com
